This is the listing of training videos for Nurse Care-Pair Managers (NCPM). The first six (6) videos are for nurses who have paid their initiation fee. Once you have completed reviewing these video, please contact our Chief Nursing Officer, Lauren Tarrant, RN and let her know if you would like to join Well Beyond Care as a NCPM or not. To view each video, just click on the link below.
Once you have joined Well Beyond Care as a NCPM, you will be given a permanent log in to access and view all the training videos and information on this site for you to help grow your census.
